Since the beginning, the heart beat of GGC has been to see lost people saved. 

Throughout the years we’ve seen thousands of lives saved, pastored, trained and mobilised into their God-given callings. The journey has been exciting; filled with new adventures, incredible opportunities,
and a growing global impact.

However, we believe that there is much more for our church!
More ground to be taken, more dreams to fulfil, more spheres to influence, and more people to reach. This year, we want to invite you to partner with what will be the next step in this journey. As our Heart for the House weekend approaches, we invite you to dream with us.

We believe that together we will see a miracle fulfilment of prophetic promises that have been spoken over us; and that we will see countless lives transformed by what Jesus wants to do through us.

An opportunity to purchase a home for GGC.

$1.7M Raised between 2014-2022

In 2023, we have the opportunity to complete this multi-year project of securing a home for GGC. Over the last several years, we have faithfully and successfully raised a 10% deposit ($1.2m) . This secured the contract of sale. 

The settlement date is set for 4 August 2023, by which date we must raise an extra $3m, to close on a 33% deposit of the $11m purchase + $580k Stamp Duty, to qualify for a mortgage to support the sale.

We believe God has given this building to us to use as a vehicle; and we are filled with faith for the future.

Purchasing this building will set us up to do so much: planting churches, employing staff, equipping the saints with powerful conferences and life changing courses, feeding the poor, blessing the community,partnering with local churches and ministries, and much more.

But the foremost intention of use for this new home, is to preach the gospel, and invite all people…

This venue is massive at 1815m2 in total floor space (approx 3x previous venue)

The property includes 4 store fronts on Parramatta Rd (Currently leased)

Disabled access to all floors; ground to foyer & foyer to auditorium.

The property boast a very large commercial kitchen; generating income from leasing to caterers.

Approved for use as an event venue; bookings already beginning to generate income.

In addition to store fronts, the property includes a lower level venue with external access (Currently leased as a dance studio)

The rental income of the store fronts and the lower level venue are generating upwards of $150k to the building owner. Once the sale is complete in 2023, we have the opportunity to take on these lease agreements.

The Albert Palais has a rich history, originally built in 1934. This building has become an iconic venue over the past century.
