Since the beginning, the heart beat of GGC has been to intentionally consider and outwork our part to play in advancing the Kingdom of Heaven on the earth.
Throughout the years we’ve seen thousands of lives saved, pastored, trained and mobilised into their God-given callings. The journey has been exciting; filled with new adventures, incredible opportunities, and a growing global impact.
However, we believe that there is much more for our church!
More ground to be taken, more dreams to fulfil, more spheres to influence, and more people to reach. This year, we want to invite you to partner with what will be the next step in this journey. As our Heart for the House weekend approaches, we invite you to dream with us. Working towards becoming mortgage-free, planting more locations, resourcing existing locations with upgrades to facilities, and financing mission trips.

This year, we want to invite you to partner with what will be the next step in this journey. As our Heart for the House weekend approaches, we invite you to dream with us. Working towards becoming mortgage-free, planting more locations, resourcing existing locations with upgrades to facilities, and financing mission trips.
In the city: As a church we have paid $2.88m down on our mortgage, with $8.7m total remaining to fulfil our mortgage. We are working to raise $1m in ’24 and $1m in ’25 to reduce our mortgage over the next two years.
In the west: We are looking to upgrade church facilities; launching a parents room, resourcing kids rooms, purchasing church chairs, putting down carpet, and completing our A/V setup. We are believing to raise $100k in 2024, to go towards these upgrades AND toward our future; purchasing a building, and planting more churches!
Heart for the House will finance facilities in the west, including: launching a Parents Room, Upgrades to Kids Church Facilities, Carpet, Chairs, A/V Equipment, Print Material & Signage!
Paying off the church mortgage for our venue in Leichhardt will significantly resource us to continue to finance the ministry!
Our desire as a church is to continue to plant churches and launch church locations. Across 2023-2024 we will have planted 2 churches and launched our second ever GGC location. This Heart for the House offering will continue to finance this work of mobilising people to disciple the city!
When you give to the Heart for the House you are directly sowing into the role we play in the city and nations at an apostolic level. Finances go toward supporting other churches, working to equip saints across different contexts, training ministers, hosting conferences, and much more!
The rental income of attached storefronts at Leichhardt is annually generating upwards of $150k, and our hired kitchen brings in over $100k. Securing this venue presents a significant opportunity to finance ministry!
GGC has faithfully worked into nations around the world for over 30 years now. Nations like India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Philippines, New Zealand, USA, & across Australia. Heart for the House helps support these efforts!
